IronFlex Refund & Exchange Policy
At IronFlex, we’re committed to delivering high-quality gear that matches your grind. If something isn’t right, we’ve got your back.
Refunds:
We accept refunds only in the following cases:
• The item received is defective.
• A requested exchange size is unavailable in our stock.
If either applies, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Exchanges:
We offer exchanges within 24 hours of delivery for:
• Wrong size
• Defective items
The product must be unworn, in its original packaging, and with tags attached.
How to Request a Refund or Exchange:
2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if needed.
3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions before sending anything back.
Note:
• Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
